With over two decades of professional experience, I have held pivotal roles at prominent organizations including Accenture, IBM, Dell, Sun Microsystems, and CAE. These positions have honed my abilities in driving operational efficiencies, managing cross-functional teams, and spearheading major learning and development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and learning outcomes.

At HelpMeSee Inc., as Director of Courseware and Head of India Operations, I led the strategic direction and operational execution of learning development, significantly boosting operational alignment and training effectiveness on a global scale. My tenure at CAE as a Senior Manager involved overseeing P&L management and strategic expansion, which elevated our training solutions unit to a Center of Excellence.
