 Establish on Site New Assay Laboratory _ Construcion and Commissioning.  Feasibility study, Compile Budgeting Report.  Review and Audit Laboratory and Process in new Facility.  Establish Equipment Installation, Standard Operating Procedure.  Training and Qualifying Laboratory Personnel, Shift Chemist, Chemist, Technician.

 Establish and Maintain the work health and safety environment through commitment to health and safety regulation rules.  Establish and manage Analytical Services provided with the personnel, equipment and other resources necessary to provide effective and economical analytical work.  Manage Quality Control & Quality Assurance through Supervise, enhance, correct and monitor quality control, which meets prescribed standards (ISO17025) and the changing needs of users.  Analyze audit findings Report, take the necessary action regarding General requirements, Structural requirements, Resource requirements, Process requirements and Management system requirements, in way which would serve the company goals and objective.  Maintain current working knowledge and planning for acquiring further knowledge, mentoring and evaluating current employees, approving SOP's and safety training, Composing laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and analytical reports.  provide guidance and direction for process plant and geological department regarding developments and resources needed to achieve the desired goals.  Monitors inventory & stock items and determines methods to meet budget/cost estimates.  Review and Coordinate with maintenance scheduled maintenance work according to laboratory machinery status.  Ensuring the waste management activities are carried out properly.

 Observation, Control and make the necessary adjustments on the areas equipment by SCADA controlling system, to assure achieving the production target.  Operation and Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis unit (RO unit).  Inspect operating units to ensure that all are functioning and operating with maximum efficiency.  Review operating data, such as process conditions, test results, or instrument readings  Ensure all samples are taken as scheduled and all production data is recorded according to standard operating procedures.  Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations  Maintain all applicable safety standards for the plant areas during the shift, identifying the risk in the work area and make the necessary adjustment to maintain the safety of the operators and equipment’s.  Authorized for isolation and lockout for plant equipment’s for shutdown and maintenance.
