Job Description
The Waiter is responsible for serving food and drinks to guests at a restaurant. This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, answering questions about menu items, and maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding area. The Waiter also assists the Chef with food preparation and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant for guests
- Assist with food preparation in the kitchen
- Coordinate with other wait staff to ensure all guests are being served at all times
- Answer customer questions about menu items
