The Catering team is responsible for the culinary needs of our clients. We produce and serve a variety of dishes for office parties and other special events.
- Produce a variety of dishes at the direction of the Executive Chef, catering manager, or client event planner
- Prepare food in accordance with the event’s menu requirements
- Safely store and transport food products to and from events
- Set up buffet or plated service stations as directed by catering manager
- Monitor food products to maintain quality standards
- Follow health and safety regulations while preparing food
- Clean up kitchen area and equipment in accordance with health codes after event
