JOB DESCRIPTION (As a middle level professional):-

·         Experience in Planning, Project Controls & Cost Management, Sub-Contract Management, Auditing, Project Proposals, Project reporting to the Executive management level etc.

·         Selection of Vendor, Negotiation, Placement of Order, Procurement of material and proper storing/stacking.

·         Material management, Reconciliation, Project Closure.

·         Complete Project Planning Management, Project Coordination with all stake holder for execution of the Metro project.

·         Coordination with design teams as desired to develop budgets, documents and design criteria, and milestone deliverables.

·         Coordination with client to execute the project under supervision.

·         Close co-ordination with commercial and accounts team to ensure proper billing and collection of the organization and contactor to ensure cash positive enhancing seamless progress in the project.

JOB DESCRIPTION (As a lower professional):-

·         Survey of HT & LT lines and Service connection monitoring.

·         Pole erection and stringing of bare conductor up to 11 KV and 33KV line.

·         Service connection of BPL/APL consumers.

·         JMC of work completion of infrastructure and service connection.

·         Preparation of cost comparison sheet for all suppliers & Sub-contractors offer.

·         Site execution of project with safety, planning and execution.

·         Site Co-ordination, Execution of work as per the Design/Drawing & Quality.

·         Material management, analysis of material status.

·         Monitoring and evaluation of Contractor’s job quality and progress.

·         Installation Testing & Commissioning of Three phase Transformer, LT ABC Cable.

·         Tendering/cost estimation/preparation of BOQ

·         Handling of electrical load as per requirement.

·         To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection &                    Commissioning.

·         To maintain the Detail Progress Report.

·         DG installation of 2000 & 1000 KVA.

Job Profile:-

·         Construction of 33 KV, 11 KV & LT Lines.

·         Erection of Distribution transformer (25 KVA, 63 KVA, 100 KVA).

·         Preparing MRN & Taken over certificate.

·         Reconciliation of Materials.

·         Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.

·         Identifying areas of quality failures and taken steps to rectify.

·         Survey of 33/11 KV Sub-station, new 11 KV lines, up gradation of LT line with AB Cable, preparation of drawing and bill of material estimation.

·         Solve the site problem.
